General
What is this website? This is the official Coredly store. Coredly was born from the desire to offer trendy, creative products.
Is the Coredly website secure? All of our orders are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant network. Coredly uses Stripe and PayPal as our PCI Compliant Merchant Account Providers. We never see your credit card information and certainly would never share it with anyone else (even if we could)!
What's your privacy policy with information other than credit cards? Coredly will NEVER share your information with any third party. A third party is anyone other than us and you.
Shipping & Customs
I didn't receive any confirmation for my order, what's going on? If you didn't receive any confirmation email from us, you might have mistyped your email address or used a secondary email and forgot about it. Contact us with the correct full name you used in your order, and we will update your email address and resend your order confirmation email.
I received two email confirmations, was I charged twice? No worries, you weren't charged twice. We send two emails to ensure our customers get their order confirmations in their inbox.
How can I track the status of my order? After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". This email contains your tracking number and information. You can track your order on the Track Your Order page.
How long will it take to deliver my parcel(s)? Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet! Due to ongoing global situations, some orders might take longer than usual. If you haven't received the parcel after 30 days from placing the order, please contact us. Our customer service team will check the status of your order.
My tracking number is not working. Please double-check in your order summary if you have chosen the tracking option. Free standard shipping does not include tracking. If you have purchased an upgraded shipping method, allow a couple of working days for updates.
I have received a delivery confirmation, but I don't have the parcel. Please check with your neighbors or people you share your home with; maybe someone has collected it for you. Alternatively, contact your local post office/courier to find the package.
Do you ship worldwide? We ship to most places around the world. If your address is not available for shipping, please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfill the order.
I messed up my shipping address, what should I do? Reach out to us immediately at coredlyhelp@outlook.com with your email, full name, and correct shipping address. We will update the shipping details for you. Note that once the parcel is shipped out, we cannot make any changes.
Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address? Currently, our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Can I be charged with import duties? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees vary depending on the country/state. Contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Occasionally, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
My order never arrived, what's up? Check your email for a shipping confirmation. If you don't see anything, email us at coredlyhelp@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll help you figure out what happened with your order.
Returns & Refunds
I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order? Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. If the parcel is already shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then send it back to us for a refund.
I don’t like my item, can I return it? If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, you have the right to do so. For more information, see our refund policy here.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect. Can I return it? We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving your order damaged. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Contact us, and we will send you a new order as an apology. Please email us at coredlyhelp@outlook.com to get a new item or a full refund. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof.
How long does it take to get a refund? Refunds might take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with.
